What to expect.
When you arrive, you will let the staff know that you are here for our High Tea Sitting. They will escort you to your finely set table in the Long Room or Dining Room. This is dependant on the number of bookings and order in which they are received and will be determined by the Head Tea Supervisor.
Your pot of tea will be brought out shortly after you are sat.
Once you have had the opportunity to settle in and all guests have arrived to the tea, service will begin! Your tea dolly will arrive, complete with savouries and sweet. You will also be served our fine tea scones with our house made clotted cream and preserves.

The menu is set as per details, no dietary restrictions or allergies can be accommodated - this includes our tea.
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, eggs, nuts, soy, and other allergens.
Your High Tea sitting is a MAX of 2 hours. 11am - 1pm or 2pm - 4pm.

BOOKINGS OF 2, or 4, ONLY!
Email us for Larger Group Bookings - 6+ - Large Group Agreement paperwork will need to be completed.
Each person must have a seat booked regardless of age.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
We will not be accepting odd-numbered bookings. This policy is in place to reduce food waste and for table setting purposes.
Feel free to email us if you have questions about this but if you book a table for 4 the minimum you will be charged is 4, and if you book a table for 6 the minimum you would be charged for would be for six, etc. For example, if you book a table for FOUR but, have a party of 3, your table will simply be set for 4, food for 4 will be provided, and you will be charged for 4 seats.
This is regardless of the number of people who end up attending that day or their age.
REGULAR Service Description For Tables of TWO or FOUR: $60 + GST per person. (NOT APPLICABLE TO SPECIALTY HIGH TEA)
Deposit = Initial Non-Refundable Payment due at booking to hold the table.
For online bookings of 3 or 4, payment for the remaining seat, plus GST and tip, will be taken at the shop after your service has been completed.
***FOR TABLES OF SIX OR MORE:
Deposit = Initial NON-REFUNDABLE Payment equal to the amount of THREE SEATS is due at booking to hold the table. This is NON-REFUNDABLE.
There will also be paperwork required for bookings of 6 or more.
Payment for the remaining 3 seats, plus GST and tip, will be invoiced the week of service and due the Friday prior to your service. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
PLEASE NOTE: No Dietary Restrictions can be accommodated at this time.
***Even though the system says 1 participant, you are booking ONE TABLE for 2, or 4.

Cancellation Policy This deposit is a Non-Refundable Initial Payment. IF YOUR BOOKING IS MORE THAN 72 HOURS AHEAD OF THE DATE we will of course, apply your reservation and payment to a future Tea booking within the next 6 months. If the cancellation is less than 72 hours, your initial non-refundable payment will be forfeit.
